The hotel is situated nearby the World Fashion Centre, the RAI and the harbour. From de ring road A10 the hotel can easily be reached by car, via junction S106. The hotel has parking facilities for its guests.

By car:
From Rotterdam/The Hague: On the A10 take exit Zaanstad/Amsterdam, ring West. Follow the road to exit Osdorp S106. At the traffic lights, turn left. Follow the signs World Fashion Centre. Pass under the A10, you see the hotel in front of you.

By public transport:
From Schiphol: Take de slow train to Amsterdam Central Station, get off the bus at bus stop Lelylaan. From Station Lelylaan take tram 1 or 17 to the Central Station and get off the train at Surinameplein, cross the street, walk back. The hotel is situated about 300 metres down the road.

Amsterdam city centre:

We wished you had some washcloths (was doekjes??) and also a box of Kleenex available in your rooms. Extra bed pillows would also have helped to make our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Helaas hebben wij onze MIO (navigatiesysteem) op het bureau van kamer 72 laten liggen. Rond half 11 hebben we uitgecheckt en zijn we naar de stad gegaan. Rond vier uur zijn we terug gegaan naar het hotel om navraag te doen. Daar bleek de receptioniste deze niet te kunnen vinden, ze is ook nog op de kamer gaan zoeken. Helaas. Ze neemt nog contact met ons op als deze niet wordt gevonden. We hopen op een goede oplossing.

The reception staff were excellent and went to so much trouble for me. I had left my camera in the hire car and Denise rang the airport to see if thy had found it. She then gave me directions on how to get back to the airport and then from there to the centre of Amsterdam. On other occassions I asked help on directions to get me to where I was working and the girls looked them up for me and printed them out. They could not have been more helpful and I cannot praise them enough

We made a mistake on Booking. Com and booked Amstel by mistake. We went to Amstel and the staff were very helpful in helping us how to transfer our booking to Zuidwest.

Recepcioniste op 6/12 om 1600 uur zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, zeer geschikt voor haar job.
Ontbijt 7/12 slecht om 0945 uur geen witbrood, bruinbrood of krentebrood beschikbaar. Alleen voorgebakken halfgare broodjes. Spek bij roerbak ei totaal verbrand, niet meer voor consumptie geschikt
