The hotel is situated in the heart of Maastricht within a stone’s throw from the Market Square (“Markt”).
The roads to and from the A2 and E25 are easy to reach.
At the hotel a parking garage is available to our guests.

By car:
From Heerlen-Aken (A79)/ Eindhoven (A2)
After you leave the motorway, at the first traffic lights you turn to the right (in the direction of Centrum-Wijk 11 to 23). Immediately on the bridge across the Maas, take the right lane. Then take the first turn to the right (Bastion Hotel Maastricht/Centrum is mentioned on the sign). At the T-junction you turn to the right again and you drive right on to the third traffic lights. Keep to the right and turn into the Boschstraat. After about 25 metres you will see the hotel on the left.

Public transport:
From Maastricht Central Station:
Most buses from the Central Station go to the Market Square (“Markt”). On the Market Square you will see the “Mickelers” statue. Here the Boschstraat starts.
After about 500 metres you will see the hotel on the right.

Bij uw vraag naar speciale wensen, heb ik Gé meld dat we 45 jaar getrouwd waren, verras ons maar.
Hierop is geen enkele reactie gekomen, geen felicitatie helemaal niets!
Een gemiste kans en onattent!

Werd alleen morgens wakker van het verkeer voor de deur, zou de volgende keer een kamer aan de andere kant nemen.

Zet een wekkerradio op de kamer. Sommige mensen hebben liever een wekker (ik zeker) dan een wekdienst via de telefoon.

Two small recommendations. The beds on wheels might be ideal for cleaning but they do move around quite a bit and the corner edges of the bed side cabinets are a bit too pointed considering they are almost at eye level with the pillows. Mind you its good to mention that I do turn around quite heavy while I'm sleeping in bed. Otherwise both stays at the hotel were great.

In de brochure staat vermeld dat bij roken in kamer bij afgaan brandmeldcentrale dit in rekening wordt gebracht. Nu vraag ik mij af. Als het nu ander om is. Krijg ik dan geld terug? Waarom deze vraag. Noodverlichting volgende keuring februari 2013. Dik overschreden. Brandblusser handen in oktober 2014 dienen te orden onderhouden. Krijgt nu de Gast geld terug. Of betreft het een richting verkeer. Wij hoeren graag van jullie.

Wij hadden een vrij en blij arr geboekt via vrij uit. Dit was een verblijf van 2 nachten en een 3 gangen diner voor 2 personen in het hotel.
Ons is verteld dat dit ter waarde van 44 euro is. Het lijkt mij niet dat je voor 44 euro met twee personen een 3 gangen maaltijd kan bestellen. Het bedrag dat wij moesten bijbetalen was dan ook hoger dan wij hadden verwacht.

Er stonden geen tissues op de kamer.
De receptioniste wist niet vanwaar de bus naar het station vertrok. "Ik woon in de stad dus ik ga nooit met de bus". Onacceptabel, sta je daar met je bagage terwijl het regent.

Kamer 134 was onvoldoende en ongezellig verlicht en we vonden de bedden niet goed ( te zacht )
