Directions

By car:
From amsterdam: follow the highway A10, after 2.5 km. take exit A4 towards Den Haag and after 1 km. follow direction Badhoevedorp. On the highway A4 at junction Burgerveen keep left to A4/ E19, follow Leiden Rotterdam Den Haag. At junction Ypenburg keep driving on the right side to A13 E19. After 16 km. on highway A13 switch to highway A20. After 4 km. follow A4  to direction Ring Rotterdam Zuid, then leave the highway at exit 16 Vlaardingen Oost. Turn right  to the L.A. Kesperweg , after 400m. take the fourth exit on the roundabout. Here the hotel is located.

From Breda: follow the highway A16 direction Roosendaal/ Rotterdam/ Vlissingen. After 14 km. at junction Klaverpolder go to direction Rotterdam at highway A16. After 18 km. move to motorway A15 directions Europoort/ Zierikzee. After 9 km. at junction Beneluxplein follow highway A4 to Den Haag/ Utrecht/ Vlaardingen . Hold right after 2.6 km at highway A4 direction Vlaardingen, leave the highway at exit Vlaardingen Oost/ Schiedam West. Turn right after 350 m. to Vlaardingerdijk the, after 500 m. turn right to the Meester L.A. Kesperweg. After 400m take exit four at the roundabout. Her e the hotel is located.

By public  transport:
From Rotterdam Central Station: Take the train to direction Maassluis or Hoek van Holland and leave the train at train station Oost Vlaardingen. The hotel is located on your left hand, a 2 minute walk. Nearby the hotel you will find subway station Vijfsluizen too.

Much better than Brielle hotel; only small issue was that I was asked which sauce with my dinner, but no sauce was actually provided.

We vinden het vreemd dat in de bevestigingsmail van de reservering bleek dat de reservering tot 12 u is gegarandeerd, terwijl je pas om 14 u kan inchecken.
Ik reserveerde aan de balie vh hotel de kamer voor mijn ouders en dit is mij toen niet verteld.
Op deze manier lijkt reserveren zinloos.
Pas later hoorde ik dat ik dan mijn creditcardgegevens had moeten achterlaten of de kamer voor mijn ouders voorschieten.
Ik heb dit nog nooit ergens meegemaakt. Normaal is reserveren genoeg en worden de financiën bij aankomst of vertrek afgewikkeld.
Daarbij kan ik me wel voorstellen dat de kamer zonder tegenbericht over aankomsttijd van de gast bv tot een afgesproken tijd NA de mogelijke inchecktijd wordt vastgehouden. ( bv inchecken mogelijk tussen 12 en 20u)

Ik heb deze keer geen krantje voor de deur gehad en ook geen voucher voor een gratis welkomdrankje. het was extreem druk in het hotel werkvolk zette de hele doorgang af met koffers en bepakking !hier misschien een aandachtspuntje voor.

Dinsdag 09/09/14 na terugkomst in het hotel, stond de deur van de kamer op een kier (open), deze was niet in het slot gevallen.
Hier heb ik een melding gemaakt bij de receptie en die zou het vermelden aan degene die de kamer de volgende zou "opruimen".

Echter woensdag 10/09/14 na een werkdag, stond de deur weer op een kier (open). Wederom was de deur niet in het slot gevallen.
Ben ik dus weer naar de receptie geweest om dezelfde melding door te geven.
Donderdag 11/09/14 was de deur wel op slot.

De diner is niet veel bijzonders. Het duurt zeer lang tot het soep wordt geserveerd (gem. 0,5u tot 0,45u). En dat maar met drie andere gasten die in het resaurant zitten.

Iedere warme maaltijd wordt geserveerd met een zakje patat.
Na 1 dag patat gevraagd om iets anders zoals gebakken aardappels, maar echter dat is niet mogelijk.
Dus met tegenzin weer aan het patat.

1) No kingsize beds,
2) Cannot open window, just to get some fresh air.
3) No flexible check out time, at 12.00 exact!
- Got two reminder to leave the room in 15 min. time. not really appreciated.
