Bitte beachten Sie: Mitteilungen im Namen von Bastion Hotels
11 März 2026Unfortunately, on Tuesday, March 10, a security incident occurred in part of our reservation system. As a result, certain guest data fell into the wrong hands. The data in question includes the following: name, address, email address, telephone number, and nationality. Of the payment details, only the last four digits of the credit card and the expiration date were compromised.
We understand that this may be unpleasant and possibly upsetting for you. That is why we are taking this incident very seriously. An extensive investigation is currently underway, and we have reported the incident to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
It is important to note that no identity documents or identification cards were stolen. This means that no complete payment details were stolen either.
We have also received reports that some people have received a text message or WhatsApp message that appears to have been sent on behalf of Bastion Hotels. These messages did not originate from Bastion Hotels. We strongly advise you not to respond to these messages and not to click on any links.
Bastion Hotels never sends payment requests for reservations via text message or WhatsApp.
