QUESTION: HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE?

Answer: At Bastion Hotels you are able to book online in just four easy steps. Booking online always goes through a secure and fast connection.

Step 1: Select the desired hotel and select your arrival and departure date, number of persons per room and number of rooms. Press Book Room.
Step 2: Choose your room type and then your (additional) options.
Step 3: Fill in your details or log in if you are a guest of Bastion Hotels. Click Continue to proceed to the payment options.
Step 4: Choose your payment and respond tothe corresponding instructions to complete the payment.
After choosing an online payment you will be redirected to a payment screen to select your bank. If you choose to pay in the hotel? Then you willto give usa creditcard guarantee to make your reservation.

QUESTION: IS ONLINE BOOK IT SAFE?

Answer: Paying online at Bastion Hotels is safe. Your data is encrypted on a secure connection. You can see this by the closed padlock on the right hand corner of your browser, and the top of your browser's address bar where "https: //" state. Your details will be treated with the utmost care. QUESTION: WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?

Answer: In order to complete your booking online, you must select a payment method. Payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Sofort Überweisung, Maestro, Mister Cash, CBC, JBC, ING Homepay and GiroPay.

QUESTION: DO I REVEICE A CONFIRMATION?

Answer: You will receive a confirmation via e-mail address. You are able to print the confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation by e-mail, we recommend contacting the hotel reception.

QUESTION: I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION. HOW I'M ABLE TO DO THIS?

Answer: It is possible that due changing circumstances to adjust or cancel your reservation. Cancellations must be received by 12:00 the day before arrival (unless you have booked a Hot Deal). If you want to hold the reservation, please contact the hotel to give a guarantee. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you have already checked in online.

The checkin and -out times for Bastion Hotel Noord, Zuidwest, Amstel, Airport en Maastricht are:

  • Check in from 15:00 pm
  • Check out untill 11:00 am

QUESTION: WHAT ARE THE DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL OF THE SHUTTLE BUSSES?

Answer:

Check out the departure and arrival schedule of Bastion Hotel Hoofddorp Schiphol Airport (Adrianahoeve 8, Hoofddorp). The journey takes up to 30 min.
Check out the departure and arrival schedule of Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Airport (Vuursteen 1, Hoofddorp). The journey takes up to 15 min.

QUESTION: I LOST AN OBJECT DURING MY STAY AT THE HOTEL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Answer: Please call the hotel where you lost the item or send an email to email@bastionhotels.nl and listed here:

  • The name of the person who is the subject lost
  • Which article is lost
  • Where the object is lost
  • The arrival and departure date

Our staff will then check whether the object has been found and will contact you. If the object is to be sent by mail, we will inform you about the estimated shipping costs will be charged. After that one of our staff send the found object to the desired address.

QUESTION: CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE HOTEL?
