I did not receive an invoice for my stay. Where can I request it?

During checkout you can indicate whether you want to take the invoice of your stay printed out or receive it by e-mail. In case you did not receive the invoice by e-mail; check your junk mail folder or contact the hotel where you stayed via the contact form. Our colleagues will be happy to help you!

Business invoices

Do you have a business My Bastion account and does your company use digital invoicing? You can find the invoices in the reservation overview of your online account.
