The ladies on the front desk and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful.

If there was a stand or something to put suitcases on, that would be helpful, rather than putting them on the desk or the beds.

Clean, comfortable beds and everything you would of expected from a 3 star hotel.

Disappointed we got disturbed by shouting yobs inside the hotel at 2:30am. Better control from staff should of got them under control and potentially kicked them out!
