Books at a fixed price Bastion Hotels prices are set based on availability per hotel and may vary daily. If you expect to stay more than 250 nights across the chain or more than 100 nights at a specific hotel on an annual basis, it may be worthwhile to consider booking at a fixed price. It is possible to agree on fixed prices per hotel for all 33 hotels at once or for a specific project at one of the hotels.

If you expect to stay fewer than 100 hotel-specific nights or 250 chain-wide nights annually, the regular business rate is the most advantageous for you.

Packages Booking at a fixed price can be perfectly combined with a package. The employee can then dine at the hotel in the evening and enjoy a good breakfast buffet the following morning at a fixed price. The package can be extended with a packed lunch upon request. That is what we call taking the burden off your shoulders. Everyone knows exactly what to expect, and as a company, you will never face unexpected surprises (afterwards).
