All hotels are open!
All Bastion Hotels are open. We're taking appropriate measures to protect our hotel guests and employees. We follow the guidelines of RIVM.
Examples of measures in our hotels:
- The restaurant and bar are closed
From December 15 2020, the restaurant and bar will be closed to hotel guests (and non-hotel guests). Food and drinks can only be ordered by telephone, picked up and consumed in the room.
- Mandatory face masks
From the 1st of December, it is mandatory to wear a face mask for guests and staff in the public areas. Our public areas are the restaurant, lobby, reception and gym. The mask may only be taken off as soon as there is a seat at the table or at the bar.
- Extra attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene
We will put extra attention in our cleaning protocols and the personal hygiene of our employees. In addition to this, we will engage extra manpower to keep the contact points in the hotel (including handles, stair railings, check-in desk, lift buttons, light switches and (public) sanitary facilities) permanently clean. In the hotels’ common areas, you will find disinfectants which guests and employees can use.
- We will serve our guests from a distance
We will serve our guests from a distance, without sacrificing our hospitality. We will keep an appropriate 1,5 meter distance from our guests, for example during check-in and payment. The counter and payment terminal are regularly disinfected. As a guest, you can use our online check-in before arrival to limit contact at the check-in desk.
Food & beverages
Eating and drinking is possible in all Bastion Hotels. For breakfast and lunch packages can be ordered at the reception. For dinner there is a special menu available, also this order has to be done by phone at the reception. Our staff is ready to provide you with the best possible service and to make your stay as pleasant as possible:
- Food and drinks must be ordered by telephone
- The food and drinks should be consumed in the hotel room
- For non-hotel guests it is not possible to make use of our pick-up facilities.
- After 20:00 no more alcohol will be served or sold through the orders.
- The kitchen is open until 22:00 hours.
Restaurant & terrace
The restaurant and terrace are closed to all hotel guests and non-hotel guests. Food and drinks can be collected at the reception by phone order.
Fitness & pool
The fitness rooms are closed in all hotels. The swimming pools at Bastion Hotel Apeldoorn, Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Airport and Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel are also closed.
