The British pop star celebrates his 25th anniversary as a solo artist with his 'XXV Tour' at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. The cultural sector organizes various activities, including the performance 'Koken met Amba' in the Koninklijke Schouwburg in The Hague. The performance highlights the family history of Amba and her grandmother in a tasty and musical way. Musical: Checkpoint Charlie – various theatres
The story about the wall that separates East and West Berlin can finally be admired in theaters! Checkpoint Charlie plays from 14 January to 29 April throughout the Netherlands. In the musical we follow Berliners whose lives suddenly turned upside down on the infamous 'barbed wire Sunday'. The lyrics are by singer-songwriter and actor Stef Bos. Go back to the night of August 13, 1961 for an evening and combine this performance, for example, with a fun city trip.
