The majority of our hotels have double rooms with two separate beds that can be pushed together upon request. At a number of Bastion Hotels it is possible to reserve a room with a double bed, you can book a Deluxe King or Comfort King room. 

Bastion Hotels does not offer a triple room. The Comfort and Deluxe rooms of Bastion Hotels are suitable for a maximum of 2 persons and are equipped with 2 single beds. Due to fire safety regulations it is not possible to place an extra bed in the room.

The following Bastion Hotels are available with a four-person room, also called family rooms. These rooms can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.

The cancellation policy of your reservation depends on the type of reservation you have made. During the reservation process you can choose from two types of deals:

Hotdeal: a hotdeal cannot be cancelled or changed. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged the total cost of your stay.

Flexdeal: a flexdeal can be cancelled/changed free of charge up to 12:00 on the day of arrival, if booked via bastionhotels.com. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the cost of 1 night will be charged.

In order to make a reservation at Bastion Hotels, the primary guest is required to be at least 18 years of age. Guests younger than 18 require permission of a parent/guardian in order to make a room reservation. This parent/guardian must be present during check-in. Underage guests may be refused without permission.

During check-in, all guests are requested to identify themselves with a valid ID (ID card/passport/driving license). 

Yes, you can! Please contact the hotel you are staying at via the contact form or indicate during check-in at the hotel that you would like to add breakfast to your reservation. Our staff will be happy to arrange this for you!

Adding breakfast to your reservation is very easy. During the booking process you can indicate per room for how many persons you would like to reserve breakfast. The price for breakfast will automatically be added to the total price of your reservation.

If your online reservation was successful, the message 'Reservation accepted' will appear on your screen along with your unique reservation number.

Yes, it is possible to make a reservation online without an account. Choose 'Proceed as guest' in the reservation process and fill in your details to complete your reservation.
