The cancellation policy of your reservation depends on the type of reservation you have made. During the reservation process you can choose from two types of deals:

Hotdeal: a hotdeal cannot be cancelled or changed. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged the total cost of your stay.

Flexdeal: a flexdeal can be cancelled/changed free of charge up to 12:00 on the day of arrival, if booked via bastionhotels.com. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the cost of 1 night will be charged.
