I lost an object during my stay. What should I do?
Have you lost an object or property during your stay in a Bastion Hotel? Contact the hotel where you stayed via the contact form. Always mention the following:
- Your name or the name of the guest who lost the item
- Which object is lost (clear description)
- Where you lost the item
- The arrival and departure date of your stay
Has the item been found and would you like to have it sent to an address of your choice? We will inform you about the shipping costs that will be charged before we send the parcel. It is of course also possible to pick up a found item at the hotel.
